Instructions for using large packaging desiccants
Desiccant& Flash; Silicone is an absorbent with extremely strong adsorption capacity. Due to the physical properties of desiccants (silicone), even after being filled with water, the desiccant still feels and appears dry. Therefore, when using desiccants, the following precautions must be taken:
1 Place the iron bucket containing desiccant in a dry environment, tightly cover the iron lid to prevent deformation due to improper use and operation, and prevent air leakage and moisture.
2 It is prohibited to place the inverted desiccant in a damp place. The desiccant used should be immediately put into the placed product and the product seal should be sealed immediately. The remaining desiccant should be tied tightly to the opening of the plastic bag with a rope and covered with an iron lid to prevent deformation of the iron bucket lid and prevent air leakage.
3 The desiccant has a validity period of 12-18 months when fully sealed.
4. Storage conditions: The suitable temperature is between 25 ℃ -30 ℃, and a relative humidity of 50% RH-60% is optimal. Do not place in a damp environment, and storage must be in a sealed state.
