Vibration warning label is a specially designed and exquisite vibration response device, which is different from general mechanical or magnetic reaction mechanisms. Instead, it records and displays the occurrence of abnormal vibrations through the color change of a glass tube filled with special liquid embedded on the label. When the goods with vibration labels are subjected to abnormal vibrations, the color of the glass tube will change from white to red, quickly and permanently recording this abnormal vibration. By designing labels with different sensitivities, sensing and indication can be made from different vibration situations.
Tilt warning label
For some instruments that must be kept upright during transportation or handling, tilt indicator labels are added to remind the processor to ensure that the instruments remain upright and to provide instructions and records for any accidental tilting accidents that occur. There are currently two different tilt indicator labels to choose from:
1. Single angle indication: When the protected instrument tilts more than 80 degrees from an upright angle, the circular small window used for display changes from silver white to red, recording and displaying tilting accidents;
2. Multi angle indication: Prepare to record and indicate the maximum tilt angle that the instrument has experienced.
